Today marks DAY ONE of my 4 day mini-vacation, so you get TWO entries for the price of one! I just wanted to take a minute to SHOUT OUT one of my FAVORITE places to spend time online. I have been RELIGIOUSLY hittin’ these guys up since 2003. The HUNDREDS x EVIL MONITO collaboration would be my introduction to the future Street-Wear EMPIRE. It was a numbered LIMITED EDITION chocolate brown t-shirt with pink screen print of a 50’s middle-aged white couple toastin’ bubbly. Under them in elaborate cursive it read “SIMPLY GANGSTER”.
Since their inception in 2001, EVIL MONITO has CONSISTENTLY represented the BEST of cutting edge design, fashion, music, & journalism. They always have great interviews with some of the top rising artists, as well as legends. On top of that, their online store stays stocked with EXCLUSIVE jawns from FRESH artists/brands like FUTURA, FIBER OPS, IN4MATION, KAWS, RECON, HAZE, etc. STOP THRU & CHECK ‘EM OUT if ya get a moment.
